Your child will mainly learn through play-based activities at this stage of their learning. They will also be learning about routine and developing:

- Understanding the world.
- Expressive arts and design
Most of the time, your child will engage in all seven areas of learning simultaneously in an integrated manner. Therefore, if they spend significant time in the sand area, there is no need for concern. They are likely exploring various crucial learning aspects, such as working with different materials, understanding shape, quantity, and volume, creating imaginative worlds, experiencing different textures, and even developing motor skills and strength essential for writing.
